Annual Assessment Now Payable Via Credit Card Or Electronic Payment

The Pineloch Community Association now has the ability to take credit card payments and electronic payments for the annual assessment.  To make a credit card or electronic payment, go to the Community Association Banc (Pineloch) website and click on the "Credit Card Payment Request" button.

Reminder To Have PCA Decals On All Your Automobiles

In August 2004, Hurricane Charley swept across Florida, causing over 20 deaths and an estimated seven billion dollars in damage.  Afterwards, many areas were placed under curfew, and only residents were allowed to return to these areas.  If a similar situation were to happen in our area, would you be able to prove you were a Pineloch resident? By having a Pineloch Community Association decal on your vehicle, you prove that you are a resident without needing to show a driver's license or other documents, which you may not have available after a hurried evacuation.  The decal can be applied anywhere on your vehicle, with the most common locations being on the rear bumper, on either bottom corner of the rear windshield, or on either upper corner of the front windshield. You should have received a couple of decals in the package of documents given to all new Pineloch residents.  However, if you have purchased a new vehicle since then, you can obtain more decals at no cost from the Community Management Company.
