OPERATING POLICIES

The new Board of Directors and the Association's attorney have reviewed the Policies below to ensure that they are consistent with recent changes in Federal and State law, and that the Policies are consistent with changes in Management.  All policies, whether modified or not, are dated 11/21/02 to reflect the date that the Board voted them as final.
