PURPOSE

This policy addresses the carrying of firearms on Association property.

SCOPE

This policy is applicable to both Association members and non-members.

POLICY

  1. It is the policy of the Pineloch Community Association that the carrying, possessing or storing of weapons, concealed or otherwise, by any person (other than a law enforcement official) on the common areas of the Association is prohibited, and any violation will be subject to criminal prosecution.

  2. This policy will be filed of record in the Harris County Property Records and shall be posted on the Pineloch website.
