TOWN HALL MEETINGS

PURPOSE

The purpose of the annual Town Hall Meeting is to elect officers for the Board of Directors (BOD) and to provide a forum for the BOD to tell the residents what they have done for the community.  Any meeting other than the annual meeting scheduled by the BOD will occur if a pressing issue warrants such a meeting.

SCOPE

This policy applies to Members of the Pineloch Community Association and tenants of Members of the Association.

POLICY

  1. The Association will hold an annual Town Hall Meeting as required per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the purpose of electing officers to the BOD.  This meeting will also be used by the BOD as a forum to tell the residents what they have done for the community.

  2. Any meeting other than the annual Town Hall Meeting scheduled by the BOD will occur if a pressing issue warrants such a meeting.

  3. All Town Hall Meetings will be held at times and places in order to enable as many people to attend as possible.
