This policy has been adopted to promote the well being of Association property, common areas and its members.
This policy is applicable to any and all person(s) who may be caught in the act of criminal trespassing or vandalism on Association property or common area.
The Declaration of Covenents, Conditions and Restrictions for Bay Glen, Section One, a Subdivision in Harris County, Texas and any Amendments thereto (the "Restrictive Covenants") (specifically, promotion of Article II, Section 1b.).Chapters 28 and 30 of the Texas Penal Code.
In the event of criminal trespassing, vandalism or criminal act taking place on Association property or common areas, the Association shall cooperate with the proper authorities in the apprehension of such individual(s). This will include but not be limited to making access to the common areas available to the authorities.It is the policy of the PCA to file charges against any and all persons caught in the act of criminal trespassing or vandalism. The Property Management Company, PCA Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor (an employee of the PCA), or any of the Board of Directors of the PCA are authorized to sign the necessary documents to file charges against such person(s).
In addition, the PCA Board of Directors may file suit in civil court against the perpetrators to seek restitution for all damages to PCA property.
